If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" will include both you personally and the organization.

To ensure the best possible service experience, we have established the following policies regarding appointments:
All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot. Walk-in appointments are subject to availability and may not be available during peak hours.
We understand that plans can change. To avoid cancellation fees, please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-show appointments will be charged the full service amount.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment or modify your service to fit within the remaining time. Late arrivals may be subject to additional charges or service modifications.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to staff illness, equipment failure, or emergency situations. In such cases, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and work with you to reschedule your appointment.
Payment for services is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept the following forms of payment:

Gift cards and store credit are valid for one year from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Gift cards may be used for services and retail products, subject to availability.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in Toronto, Ontario, and will be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
